董宏凯andCursor 33639e5b89 fix: 修复嵌套 iframe 污染 embed 会话与协助卡后流式显示异常 
顶层窗口通过 topOwned 标记自愈老版嵌套页写脏的 embed.session；协助卡提交后避免冻结 checkpoint 覆盖实时 SSE，并仅在服务端回显新 human 消息时清除乐观气泡。

前端不再直连上游 SSE，改为 POST /api/sentiment-agent/stream 由后台代理转发，支持关闭 TLS 校验并回传完整错误信息。

董宏凯 8c3d6a02fc feat: 业务链条发布审核流程 + 编辑器去除岗位职责输入框 
- 发布改为可选「确认审核 / 直接发布」：链条编辑页与圆桌「业务链条」弹窗行为一致；审核中可撤回
- 管理员在业务链条列表新增「待审核」筛选，审核发布后进入公共库
- 后端 roundtable_chains 新增 pending_review 字段（启动期自动补列）与 scope=pending 筛选；新增审核流程测试
- 编辑器席位去掉「岗位职责」输入框（保存时存量值原样保留）

弱模型写完报告后仍会再调用一次 present_files，前端会画出两张相同卡片。上限同时覆盖呈现，已呈现则只催收尾。

澄清中间件改为 ToolMessage + after_model 停轮，前端提交前取消残留 run；系统/向导 thread_type 从对话列表排除；岗位总结席位加 write_file 上限。
