董宏凯andCursor 62a3faa7c8 feat: 舆情分析智能体改为经 Gateway 转发外部 AG-UI 网关 
前端不再直连上游 SSE，改为 POST /api/sentiment-agent/stream 由后台代理转发，支持关闭 TLS 校验并回传完整错误信息。

董宏凯 8c3d6a02fc feat: 业务链条发布审核流程 + 编辑器去除岗位职责输入框 
- 发布改为可选「确认审核 / 直接发布」：链条编辑页与圆桌「业务链条」弹窗行为一致；审核中可撤回
- 管理员在业务链条列表新增「待审核」筛选，审核发布后进入公共库
- 后端 roundtable_chains 新增 pending_review 字段（启动期自动补列）与 scope=pending 筛选；新增审核流程测试
- 编辑器席位去掉「岗位职责」输入框（保存时存量值原样保留）

弱模型写完报告后仍会再调用一次 present_files，前端会画出两张相同卡片。上限同时覆盖呈现，已呈现则只催收尾。

write_file 的 content 在每个 SSE chunk 中持续增长，原先会反复触发 React 状态更新并打断整页；现改为按身份入参去重、节流发布 stub，并收口第 3 步为 Markdown 报告工作台。
