合并 ji 的功能：开放问答接口（/api/open/chat[/stream] 回传生成文件 + 临时不留存）、
技能地址管理、智能体详情「最近对话」等。
冲突 frontend StrategyRoutes.tsx 已解决：同时保留 admin/roundtable-diagnostics(master)
与 admin/skill-addresses(ji) 两个管理员路由。

董宏凯andClaude Opus 4.8 f63a1faf3b fix(roundtable): rwfx 结构化抽取纯树·单父兜底，根治叙事多对一乱线 
rwfx 全链是一棵树：除预期行为↔驱动因素 1:1 外其余皆 1:N，任何节点只有一个父节点、
绝无多对一/多对多/汇聚。但弱模型常把「叙事」连到一片驱动因素 → 汇聚乱线。

- extraction_spec：ChainSpec 加 single_parent 标志（rwfx=True，xdfx 有汇聚=False）；
  helper is_single_parent_chain / chain_level_rank；强化 rwfx ②「叙事只有一个父驱动因素」
  + 新增④「全链是树，每个非根节点恰一个 from」
- flow_extract：_collapse_to_single_parent 确定性兜底——纯树业务把每个节点的多父入边
  收敛到「紧邻上一层」的单一父节点（只删多余入边、不新增、不动节点），在 final 前执行；
  非纯树业务（xdfx）跳过
- dag-types/types：DAG 派活忠实本阶段目标——不擅自加数量上限/精简、不替席位加体例风格、
  逐条全部输出、不诱导脱离输入编造（前后台同步）
- Tests: tests/test_flow_extract_single_parent.py

模型出问题时按 config.yaml models[] 顺序自动切到下一个模型继续，并告知用户
「『X』模型异常 → 已切换『Y』继续」。前台实时 + 后台挂起两条路径都覆盖。

- 中间件兜底/熔断 AIMessage 打 LLM_ERROR_MARKER 标记，is_llm_error_message 可识别
- roundtable_model_fallback: fallback_model_chain 候选链 + reason_text + 总开关
  env ROUNDTABLE_MODEL_FALLBACK
- 触发: 异常(start_run失败/idle卡死) / 兜底错误文案 / 交付为空(仅seat/leader)
- 后台 InProcessRoundtableGateway._run_turn_with_fallback 包住每轮 run
- 前台 _special_run/_leader_run 收尾检测失败→model_switch 帧+换模型重流
- 结构化抽取 flow_extract round1 astream 同款换模型循环
- Step2 单席位异常隔离: 单席位失败不拖垮整批/整链/整个作业
- 时间线插「系统提示」气泡 + toast + 诊断 model_switch 事件
- Tests: test_roundtable_model_fallback.py

- 新增 harness 层 extraction_spec（app+harness 共用，单份领域知识两角色用法）：
  build_structure_directive / build_summary_directive 按 businessCode 取
  · rwfx(6BF)：线性 任务→目的→行为体→预期行为→驱动因素→叙事；预期行为↔驱动因素 1:1、余 1:N
  · xdfx(7BF)：分叉汇聚 DAG，根=行动；行动→受众目标/关键传播节点(1:N)→脆弱点(1:N)→策略(多对一)
  · 其余业务通用规范（强约束完整性+命名+取数、不套固定模板）；business_code 空→零副作用
- 结构化抽取：flow_extract._hierarchy_hint + _validate_messages 用 structure_directive
  权威覆盖默认层级（根治"无论什么业务都按目的→行为体抽/停在行为体"）；前端 streamFlowExtract
  传 business_code（源 ingestBusinessCode）
- 方案总结报告：前台 multi_agent._special_run(summary) + 后台 build_summary_prompt 注入
  business 完整性核对（StartJobRequest/StartParams 透传）
- 报告产物策略：.md 报告文件保持完整、干净、无需修改（不写 待补充/不足/⚠️）；
  「核对说明」（意图对齐+业务链完整性+不足/可补充）改为只在对话回复正文、且每次必出
- 种子 roundtable-structure SOUL 层级顺序改 spec-driven、去 rwfx 写死示例

- recommend 后端批内并行: engine._run_recommend 由串行 for 改 asyncio.gather(对齐前端)
- 研讨前并行取数两段式(gather_first, 业务链条 opt-in): 研讨前全席位并行只取数,
  产出作为共享资料注入研讨轮(_seat_message gathered + 前台 runGatherPhase);
  新增 gather_first 列(migration 20260620_02 + idempotent SQL)
- 削减重复广播: suppressPreBroadcast 扩到 recommend(round>=2)/chain(i>0)/chain收口,
  保留首轮背景打底,省 N 次读写大 thread

方案总结报告效果:
- summary 加"意图对齐+缺口核对+防幻觉护栏": SOUL + 后端 build_summary_prompt +

弱模型补偿指令从全域生效改为默认关闭、两个 opt-in 开关取 OR:
- 智能体级: AgentConfig.seat_skill_directive(config.yaml),在智能体编辑弹窗
  (agent-card / agent-detail-panel)开关;agents 路由 create/update/读写全程穿。
- 业务链条每席位级: 存进链条 seats JSON(ChainSeatSchema.seat_skill_directive,
  无需 DB 列/迁移),在链条编辑器每个席位卡片右侧 ✨ 图标→下拉框(开关+说明)配置;
  按 agentId 查表穿到前台 useStep2Orchestration 各席位调用 + 后台作业
  seat_skill_directives:{agentId:bool} → InProcessRoundtableGateway.run_seat。
- ROUNDTABLE_SEAT_SKILL_DIRECTIVE 降级为总熔断开关(默认放行,不再 force-on)。

xuhdandClaude Opus 4.7 c493639119 feat(skill-review): strict-mode prompt + raise min_tool_calls 3 to 5 
The review agent was creating too many low-value skills. Three changes
tighten the funnel:

- review_worker prompt: rewritten in "保守模式". Default decision is
  do-nothing. To create, all five AND conditions must hold (>=5 tool
  calls with step dependencies, an explicit fail->fix->success episode,
  cross-scenario reusability, no >=70% overlap with skill_list, can
  produce >=300 chars of substance). Adds 7 explicit NO categories
  (single-tool loops, one-off queries, LLM common knowledge, etc.)
  and a 4-question self-check before any create. Hard cap of 1 new
  skill per review, with patch preferred over create.
- min_tool_calls: 3 -> 5. Matches the prompt's ">=5 steps" hard
  condition so trivial turns never reach the LLM reviewer.
- Updated config.yaml, the default-value assertion in
  test_skill_review_worker, and the middleware docstring's "(default
  3)" annotation to keep all three references in sync.

在原有只读抓取 (browser_fetch_page) 基础上，新增 observe→act 循环，
让 Agent 能在用户的 Chrome 中实际操作网页：点击/输入/滚动/等待/页内跳转。

后端：
- 新工具 browser_act，按 session 复用标签页，返回带编号的可交互元素清单+正文
- browser_context 任务队列扩展 kind/session_id/action 与 observation 结果
- /api/browser-context 路由下发 act 任务、接收 observation
- BrowserContextConfig 增加 actions_enabled 等开关，tools.py 两级门控
- 接线 app.py 路由挂载、app_config.py 配置字段、config.yaml 工具注册

前端：
- ChatPage 处理「发送当前页」回跳的 browser_context query 参数并自动提交

扩展 (browser-extension/deer-web-clipper)：
- shared.js 自包含注入函数 deerObservePage / deerPerformAction
- background.js 按 kind 分发任务，session→tab 映射存 chrome.storage.session

测试：tests/test_browser_act.py（队列往返 + 工具校验 + 模拟扩展成功路径，8 passed）

- service_authorization 配置项弃用(保留兼容,不再参与请求)
- 新增回归测试 test_token_login_upstream_call.py
- 同步更新 AUTH_LOGIN.md / CLAUDE.md / config.yaml 注释 / login_config 文档

定时任务:
- 运行详情页新增「执行过程」标签页,按 agent_run_id 拉取该次运行的
  agent 消息(GET /scheduled-tasks/runs/{id}/messages),运行中每 4s
  自动刷新,可观察卡住的任务停在哪一步
- 详情页「返回」按钮回到来源列表(普通/管理员)并重新选中原任务
- 管理员可下载、删除任意用户的执行记录(DELETE /runs/{id} 加管理员兜底)

MySQL 兼容修复:
- 合并迁移 20260518_06 汇合 ai-writing 与 thread-shares 两个 head
- 20260517_02 改用 SQLAlchemy Core 构造,规避保留字 key 的 1064 报错
- list_messages_by_run 各事件存储补 user_id 形参以保持接口一致

测试: 新增 test_scheduled_task_admin_run_delete.py

  (误调用自身,应委托 service.get_run)导致的 RecursionError 500
- 定时任务名按用户唯一:create/update/admin_update 主动校验,
  冲突抛 DuplicateTaskNameError,路由转 409 而非裸 IntegrityError 500
- 补充回归测试 test_scheduled_task_run_lookup / _name_uniqueness

会话分享：
- 新增「只读链接」分享模式，生成公开免登录的只读对话快照页（/share/:code）
- 公开接口 /api/public/shares/* 提供对话快照与图片附件

- run_curator_review 每次运行时把涉及的技能名输出到日志:新增
  _log_scanned_skills(扫描到的技能名)与 _candidate_skill_names
  (候选技能名),logger 与 curator_log 双写。

新增 test_curator_status_counts.py、test_curator_skill_logging.py。

commit dba821a 把 document_id 从带时间戳改成按 thread_id 确定性派生
(同一 thread 累积成一个文档)。经复核,改回原来的带微秒时间戳写法 ——
每轮对话的 retain 重新落到各自独立的 Hindsight 文档。

retain_every_n_turns 轮次节流(turn_index)与 aiohttp 客户端泄漏修复
保持不动,仅回退 document_id 这一处。

test_hindsight_provider.py 的 TestDocumentId 按"每轮独立文档"重写。

fix(memory): 修复 Hindsight provider 生命周期的三处缺陷

HindsightProvider 被 build_memory_manager 每轮重新构造,以下三个问题
都源于这个无状态特性未被正确处理:

1. document_id 每轮漂移 —— 原 _reset_retain_batch 用微秒时间戳拼接,
   导致同一 thread 的每轮 retain 落到不同文档,文档数随对话轮数线性膨胀。
   改为按 thread_id 确定性派生 (thread-{thread_id}),同一 thread 累积成一份。

2. retain_every_n_turns 失效 —— 进程内 _turn_counter 每轮被 initialize
   重置,retain_every_n_turns > 1 时永不触发。新增 turn_index 参数贯穿
   sync_turn/sync_all,由 MemoryMiddleware 按对话历史 (count_user_turns)
   算出并传入;_turn_counter 仅作缺省退路。

3. aiohttp ClientSession 泄漏 —— 缓存的客户端从不 shutdown,且 _run_coro
   每次新建事件循环使缓存客户端失效,触发 "Unclosed client session"。
   改为客户端即开即关:_run_with_client 在 finally 保证关闭,_client_factory
   作为可覆盖的测试注入点。

测试:test_hindsight_provider.py 全量重写 (含 TestDocumentId /
TestRetainEveryNTurnsAcrossRecreation / TestClientLifecycle),
新增 test_memory_message_processing.py,test_memory_manager.py 补
turn_index 透传用例。

  防定时器与手动触发并发重复运行;6h stale 检测防进程残留死锁

  防首次部署所有用户同时到期的惊群
- 首次运行持续失败时按 6h 退避重试,不再每个 tick 烧 LLM 配额
- should_run_now 时间解析容忍 naive 时间串;损坏的 last_run_at
  触发重跑而非永久死锁
- SkillStore 新增 list_published_names 批量接口,curator 一轮
  只查一次 published,取代逐技能查库

LLM 评审超时:
- _run_llm_review 给 agent.invoke 套整体超时
  (curator.review_timeout_seconds,默认 600s),超时中止本次评审
  并在 curator 日志输出,curator 正常收尾、释放运行锁
- copy_context 把 user 上下文传入工作线程

模型可配置:
- 新增 curator.model_name;curator 评审与技能安全审核共用该模型,
  未配置则回退主模型
- 移除独立的 moderation_model_name 配置
- 前端进化面板新增模型下拉选择器

手动触发体验:
- /api/curator/run 派发后台线程前先预检,返回 {triggered, reason},
  不再无论开关状态都提示"已开始"
- 前端:总开关/curator 开关未开时禁用"立即执行"按钮,
  被预检拦下时按原因(开关未开 / 已有任务在跑)给出准确提示

Curator 之前只过滤 source=='agent'，导致两类 skill 仍会被自动归档：
1. owner 已 published 的 skill（user B 在用，结果被 curator 收走）
2. 加进 agent.skills 但 .usage.json 活动不够频繁的 skill

新规则：curator transitions 和 LLM 合并候选**只**作用于同时满足
三条件的 skill —— source=='agent' + published==False + 不被任何
agent.config.yaml 的 skills 字段引用。

curator.py
- 新 helper _collect_referenced_skill_names()：扫所有
  .deer-flow/agents/*/config.yaml 把 skills 字段聚合成 set，一次
  curator run 内只调一次
- 新 helper _is_skill_published(name)：通过 SkillStore 查 published
  状态，失败时返回 False（保守降级到旧行为）
- 新 helper _eligible_for_curation(name, entry, owned_set, referenced_set)
  三条件合一判定
- apply_automatic_transitions 应用三条件过滤；返回的 counters 加
  skipped_referenced / skipped_published 计数
- _render_candidate_list 应用同一过滤，LLM 看不到 protected skill
- _make_skill_archive_tool safety net：即使 LLM 编造名字调 archive，
  工具内部再做一次"被引用 + published"检查，违规拒绝并记 warning

测试 tests/test_skills_multitenancy.py 新增 5 用例：
- test_curator_skips_skill_referenced_by_any_agent
- test_curator_skips_published_skill
- test_curator_archives_orphan_unpublished_skill
- test_skill_archive_tool_refuses_referenced_or_published
- test_collect_referenced_skill_names_aggregates_from_disk

跑测试：tests/test_skills_multitenancy.py 17/17，全套 36/36 全过。

- pnpm typecheck：本次新增/修改的文件零新增错误；剩余报错全部为
  pre-existing 的 next/link、next/navigation 别名声明缺失、
  workspace-nav-menu.tsx 的 SettingsSection 类型不匹配、nextra
  缺失、markdown-docx 第三方库等
