董宏凯andCursor 32e509b2b3 fix: 岗位会商 handoff 将上游产物镜像到当前席位沙箱 
席位线程隔离导致下游 read_file 找不到上游路径；镜像到 workspace/upstream 并改写 handoff 引用，附带安全路径校验与 SQL 回退测试。

董宏凯 8c3d6a02fc feat: 业务链条发布审核流程 + 编辑器去除岗位职责输入框 
- 发布改为可选「确认审核 / 直接发布」：链条编辑页与圆桌「业务链条」弹窗行为一致；审核中可撤回
- 管理员在业务链条列表新增「待审核」筛选，审核发布后进入公共库
- 后端 roundtable_chains 新增 pending_review 字段（启动期自动补列）与 scope=pending 筛选；新增审核流程测试
- 编辑器席位去掉「岗位职责」输入框（保存时存量值原样保留）

弱模型写完报告后仍会再调用一次 present_files，前端会画出两张相同卡片。上限同时覆盖呈现，已呈现则只催收尾。

新报告不再覆盖当前文件卡片，写入时打开沙箱；步骤条仅在改写原文时位于卡片上方。同时补齐改写本地回退、模型管理与会商第三步相关改动。

两套网页可通过 runtime-config.js 的 VITE_COMPACT_MENU_TYPE 加载各自左侧菜单；缺省或旧页面不传参数时仍读取原来的类型 A 数据。

修复 MySQL 读写分离下的持久化与 SSE 重连问题，报告完成前先落库；8BF 嵌入页支持 taskId 任务卡与独立意图 metadata；前端统一 createClientId 并更新 runtime 配置。

岗位会商写操作引入 command_id 幂等与版本锁，前端支持同键重试；圆桌后台作业改为 DB 租约 dispatcher、去重与草稿 outbox 补偿，并持久化 intent turns。
