fix: avoid MySQL thread_meta refresh races and harden roundtable bootstrap
...
Skip post-commit ORM refresh on threads_meta creates so concurrent MySQL
read/write-split deployments no longer fail with Could not refresh instance;
clean up partial roundtable threads on checkpoint failure, and ship related
position-roundtable/frontend build fixes.

feat: 任务深链对话(metadata.taskId)全局共享、不区分用户
...
任务工作区(rwfx/3qfx/xdfx)的对话改为按 taskId(+agent_id) 全局共享、跨用户可见可续聊，
不再按创建者隔离；普通个人对话仍按 owner 隔离不变。
- ThreadMetaStore.search/count：metadata 含 taskId 时跳过 owner 过滤(SQL+Memory)
- check_access / _check_ownership / update_metadata / delete / _get_owned_record：
行 metadata 含 taskId 时视为共享，任何登录用户可读/写/续聊/改标题状态/删除
- 覆盖 require_permission(owner_check) + runs 续聊 owner 校验 + 列表
- 测试 tests/test_thread_meta_task_sharing.py(SQL 跨用户可见/隔离/check_access)

feat: 对话列表显示总数，SOUL 编辑区高度自适应收敛

- 新增 POST /threads/count：与 /threads/search 同一套过滤（标题搜索、
系统会话排除），仅返回 {total}；ThreadMetaStore 增加 count 方法
（SQL 走 COUNT(*)，JSON 过滤分批扫描计数）
- 对话页面搜索框下常驻显示「共 N 条对话」，分页条显示 当前页/总页数
（useThreadsCount，仅随筛选条件变化，翻页不重复请求）
- 智能体右侧 SOUL 预览改为 40vh 上限自适应展开（不再全部展开）；
详情面板/卡片编辑/创建页的 SOUL 输入框统一为适中高度 + 可拖拽
