fix(深链会商): Step2 文件产物虚拟预览仅在有内容时用,否则回退 HTTP 按创建者解析(修复跨账号看不到)

- useStep2Orchestration.openArtifactPreview: stub 无内容(str_replace/跨账号草稿恢复)时不再短路,
  回退到 artifacts HTTP 接口,并优先用子席位 thread(roundtable 线程→后端按对话创建者解析+放行跨账号)
- findSeatArtifactSource 一并返回 stub 捕获的 content 供判断
- 附:模板数据转换器「源数据抽取」手工测试清单文档
