深色(.dark)主题下，全量模式聊天页左栏(GeneralQaSidebar)由扁平 bg-sidebar
改为「深蓝主题底图 + 半透明蓝罩」玻璃面板：与右侧 workspace-chat-bg 主区同一张
fixed 底图、左右连续，叠蓝罩略深一档作面板区分。浅色/浅蓝主题不命中，仍用
sidebar token，内部元素走语义 token 自适配。
