feat(task-deeplink): 会商/智能体问答嵌入任务管理布局
任务深链（goPath=3qfx/3qfx-A 等）跳转的多智能体会商 / 单智能体问答 改为嵌进「任务管理」对应业务上下文，侧边栏保持 COH中任务→对应业务 高亮。 - StrategyRoutes: task-management 配下新增 6 条嵌入路由（每业务 roundtable + agent） - AgentChatPage: 新增 chatBasePath 可选属性，覆盖发消息后 URL 改写 / 新会话路径 - task-deeplink: 跳转目标改为业务别 task-management 嵌入路由（BUSINESS_TASK_BASE） Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
